Inhabitants of the age of eighteen years or upwards of either sex of the Parish of Wootton for the purposes of receiving the Report and Accounts of the Committee and for accepting the annual resignations of all members of the Committee and for the purpose of electing the Chairman Secretary and Treasurer and up to nine other Committee members.
